It is with great pleasure to have you as a client! The following policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.
By booking an appointment with 365 Braiding Studio, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms of our Client Policy.

RESERVATIONS POLICY:

• Please arrive an at your scheduled appointment time.

• Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

• As a courtesy, once booked you are invited via telephone and email to address any questions or concerns.

TARDINESS POLICY:

• Clients up to 15 minutes late will be automatically billed a $15 late fee.  After 15 minutes AND by the discretion of the service provider, an appointment is a risk of being canceled and the client may be asked to re-schedule.

• We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

 

REFUND &CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All service sales are final.

• Retail items are final.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• If a refund NEEDS to be issued, (at the discretion of stylist) it will be in-store credit ONLY which expires 45 days from the date of cancellation.

• We have reserved time especially for you and require 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge $30 for the missed appointment and $60 during the eve of holidays and/or holidays.

• If for any reason 365 Braiding Studio needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given and credit of deposit will be issued.

 

NO-CALL NO-SHOW POLICY:

• We reserve the right to charge $50 for all no-call, no-shows.

• In the event that you need to book a future appointment, you will be asked to make a deposit that is equivalent to half of the cost of service

MONETARY POLICY:

• 365 Braiding Studio accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express

• Credit cards will be charged an additional $5 or 5% convenience fee (based on the amount due at appointment)

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:

• Please notify your service provider or management before booking an appointment if special accommodations need to be made for you (pregnant, disabled, allergies, special devices, etc)

• If you require assistance for booking, 365 Braiding Studio will try their best to accommodate based on the circumstances of the disability.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:

• We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential.

• Client lists, phone numbers, emails, and any other contact information are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies for any reason.

 

OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT:

• Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Remember to rest

• Bring water and food to your appointments if necessary

• Parking lot parking is available
